Return/Exchange Policy

In-Store Purchases

All in-store plant purchases are final sale.

Non-plant merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 10 days of original purchase with a valid receipt.

Items must be returned to the same store location where they were purchased and must be unworn, have original tags attached, and be in new condition.

Management reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet return criteria.

Items with gift receipts may be returned for store credit within 45 days.

 


 

Online Purchases


If you wish to return or exchange a non-plant item purchased on our website, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at hello@eccentricgarden.com. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, a full refund or exchange will be issued.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a production or shipping error by Eccentric Garden.

We do not take responsibility for packages once they have been handed off to the Postal Service.

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items in transit. However, Package Protection is available at checkout, which provides free replacement or refund for lost packages.

If Package Protection is declined, the customer is responsible for filing a claim directly with the carrier.

Plant Shipping Policy


1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within [1–3] business days. We only ship Monday through Wednesday to ensure plants aren’t in transit over the weekend.


2. Shipping Methods

We use [USPS Priority / UPS 2-Day / FedEx Express] for fast delivery and to minimize plant stress. Tracking information will be sent once your order ships.


3. Packaging

All plants are carefully packaged with breathable materials, heat/cold packs when needed, and clearly labeled as “Live Plants – Handle With Care” 🌱✨


4. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to all U.S. states except for California and Hawaii, due to strict agricultural inspections and extended delays.

We hope to expand in the future! 🌿


5. Winter/Summer Protection

We automatically include heat or cold packs based on your location and current weather. Please track your package to avoid prolonged exposure.


6. DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy

If your plant arrives damaged or dead, contact us within 24 hours with photos. We’ll make it right—either a refund or replacement depending on stock.
